How do we work?
- In Slovenian and English: policies and procedures in Slovenian or English, adapted to your processes – not generic templates.
- On site: workshops take place at your premises, with regular coordination meetings in between.
- With a technical review: vulnerabilities, network segmentation, privileged access and backups – not just documents.
- In five phases: from current state analysis to certification readiness; each phase ends with handed-over deliverables. Implementation process
We keep evidence, registers and the audit trail in our own RegulusAi tool, hosted in the EU. AI helps with drafts; every piece of content is reviewed by an expert and approved by your management.
Why does impartiality matter?
The certificate is issued by an independent accredited certification body of your choice. We prepare you for the audit, take part in it and help with the response report. The internal audit is carried out by an auditor who was not involved in preparing the documentation.

No. The certificate is issued by an independent accredited certification body of your choice. We prepare you for the audit, take part in it and help with the response report.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in Slovenian and English. Policies, rules and procedures are prepared in Slovenian or English and adapted to your processes.
Why are there no client names on the website?
We publish client names only with their consent. That is why references are anonymised – by industry and type of project.
Do you work at the client's premises?
Yes. Workshops take place at your premises, with regular coordination meetings in between, also remotely.
